HAVE IT YOUR WAY Foundation is a U.S. based 501(c)3 not-for-profit charitable organization. All donations to the Foundation are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Donors should confirm with their local personal tax advisor for advice regarding the deductibility of their charitable contribution.

Donations may be designated by region:

• North America
• Latin America and the Caribbean
• Europe, Middle East and Africa
• Asia Pacific

Or they may be designated by program:

• HAVE IT YOUR WAY Foundation - General Fund
• BURGER KING® Scholars Program
• BK™ Family Fund

Here are ways in which you can donate to the HAVE IT YOUR WAY Foundation:

1. Online Donation (credit card)
   To make an online donation with a credit card, please click here.
2. Check Donation
   To make a donation via check, please make your check payable to Have It Your Way Foundation, Inc., and mail your check to:

   Available only to U.S. based "above restaurant" level employees of Burger King Corporation

3. Payroll Deduction
   If you are a Burger King Corporation above restaurant employee and you would like to make your contribution via payroll deduction, please click on the pledge card link below. Print the pledge card, complete all required fields and sign. Complete and signed pledge cards should be sent to BKC Payroll Department via inter-office mail or you can also mail the form to BKC Payroll Department - Attention Payroll Deduction at 5505 Blue Lagoon Drive, Miami, Florida 33126. Please note: this option is only available to employees of Burger King Corporation at the "above restaurant" level at this time.

4. In-Kind
   You may choose to make an in-kind contribution to the Foundation. This would include such things as auction items, gift certificates, and other new un-used goods. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation please contact the Foundation at 305-378-3792.
   
   
5. American Express Membership Rewards points
   Did you know, you can redeem your American Express Membership Rewards points for a donation to the HAVE IT YOUR WAY® Foundation? For every 1,000 points you redeem, we will receive $10.00.
